Updated the troubleshooting section in BrowserBuild.md for Google OAuth2 refresh token expiration.
Explains that the token expires after 6 months of inactivity (or becomes invalid due to a password change or manual revocation)
Includes a screenshot of the error
Guides users to redo the Google Drive Auth steps and update the GDRIVE_OAUTH2 secret
